Return Policy

Return Period: You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive the item to notify the retailer you wish to cancel your order. You then have another 14 days to send the item back.

· Refund Obligation: The retailer must give you a full refund, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item .

· Item Condition: You can handle the item as you would in a shop (e.g., try it on to check fit), but it must be in resaleable condition with tags attached and without damage .

· Important Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, you generally cannot return underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal is broken. Personalised or made-to-order items are also non-returnable.
